I don't see why they can't just update the ST engine (for free) to 64 and join the rest of civilization??
 
Yeah!! Selling just the interface would be a "smart" thing to do for all the loyal customers (if they even considered this), and they'd still get a bit of revenue from doing this. This also is a much better system than a complicated tier system which may leave a lot of folks unhappy (when they compare products/tier prices).

The other flagships were updated to 64-bit at no charge, this wasn't the case for SampleTank 3, the official set of reasons has been posted here for a while:  http://www.ikmultimedia.c...ic.php?f=12&t=6909

Right.  You can't use it in 2014 because the world is 64bit and Miroslav and ST3 are not.

So true. It's the same reason manual transmissions all stopped working when automatics were introduced in 1948. 

Yup it was mighty expensive when first released. I use it all the time with BitBridge...no probs.

I actually do need these sounds for the music I'm currently composing so  I ordered this earlier today from the above mentioned link in the OP  ….
Since I don't have Kontak and I need a decent orchestra sample library …….
I figured for 29 bucks it would be worth a shot ...
Anyway, I'm used to ordering , paying and then being able to download 
at 14 hours Plus and counting I'm getting license delivery pending …no download ….links nada   
sheesh... I'm starting to think I should have kept my money …
7 gigs is a lot to have to download and I would prefer to do it sometime before the middle of next week
like now when I have the time

AudioDeluxe can be a little slow on delivery...JRRShop is a bit faster.
But on things that require Manual Serial # generation they are about the same...
But no worries, they'll get it to you....

Kenny...this is especially true on the on the weekend...these are kind of "Mom & Pop" Shops...
and they do have lives too....LOL

But I'm like you ...I WANT IT NOW!!! 

I've had miroslav philharmonik for a while now. I used it more then any of my other plug ins. But now that I have Sonar X3 it doesn't work :-( I've tried everything that I know to do. Only thing that worked was deleting X3 and installing Sonar 7. 

This is a big maybe for me. Great price but I'm really trying to stop buyingbold 32 bit plugs just becaueb they are on sale.
