Both of the last two suggestions may help. However, I don't want to turn off the effects or undo what I've done in Sonar. I might as well just record in Harrison to begin with. The bus order could be the problem, I'll check that. Thanks for the input guys!

If I'm not mistakeni think I ended up doing a massive freeze and bounce of all tracks to get a working OMF file.

I have been playing with mixbus (couldn't pass up the 19.95 even though I'm still not sure if I'm sold on it).

Clint brings up a good point. One of the reasons I use OMF is because the studio I work at uses logic and I use sonar.

Could it be that any midi tracks are trying to get exported and causing some confusion? Maybe a midi track is getting selected along with the audio and causing the confusion. I still have had no problems this far with Xchange.

I don't know, but none of that worked either. I give up...it's not worth anymore of my time. The midi (EZD2 and AD2) have all exported fine. The guitars and bass are the problem. The tracks being out of order was the export. When I select tracks instead of entire mix they appear there out of order.

Good idea Sid. When I did my export, I select everything and them unselected the unused tracks and midi tracks.

Did you select entire mix or tracks? The only midi I had was the EZD2 and AD2. They were frozen. I only have 6 tracks.

It's not a big deal. I don't think it's a huge pain to export the audio tracks myself.

At first I selected all the tracks. Then I deselected the tracks I did not want such as the midi and unused tracks. If you mean the export dialog box, I never changed anything there.
