Timo I'm not convinced with touch either. I learnt my craft in analogue studios in London and to me nothing compares to the tactile touch of a fader, rotary or whatever. In some ways I still prefer a real patchbay and routing!
On the good news side I saw a post on the VS700 forum from earlier today saying Roland US state all VS W8 drivers are coming in January. Sorry I should have put a link but check it out
