Buttermilk pancakes with two overeasy fried eggs on top is incredible.. Becan is of course part of the deal. You cut the eggs up an let the yolks runs all over stack, then I cut the pancakes into I" squares... add syrup and eat until about to pop! Tomorrow is French toast day... covered with 10x powered sugar and then syrup.. I'll eat 5 or 6 slices.. with BECAN!!! Both Grand daughters here with me tomorrow. 100% chance of rain. Food and TV.
When I was growing up my mom fixed me three pancakes with and egg on top EVERY morning. My pancakes are WAY better though. I use buttermilk and slather both sides with plenty of real butter. The butter is the missing ingredient in most pancakes. We have been using Craig's baking method for cooking becan and it is the best!
BTW, I tried moving my taskbar a couple of times but I got the "old dog/new tricks" thing... maybe I'll try it again just so's I can be part of the "in crowd".
