Hi,
 
Over here, the whole neighborhood is getting "sewer'd", and these past 4 days, it has been the street I'm on, and on my block specifically. To say I'm tired of engines, pounding and noise is an understatement!

I'm led to believe that 'wood' means something else over in The States.
 
And 'Pecker' definitely means something different here in Blighty.

I needed some wooden steps and someone suggested that I could take the ones built into the fence of the field next door.
 
I said.... " No,no, that would be stealing. That's not my stile"
