(Mine was like that at some points during the eight times I broke it, but the last time seemed to fix it so I've stopped putting myself into dangerous situations - lol!)

As for the nose, I also had a bad habit of standing up when I shoulda shut up. 5th time was the last time. Still can't inhale on the left side.

Trying to be Evil Knievel (two), playing baseball, one fight, trying out for the Bane skateboarding team, hockey, surfing in stupidly big waves then, finally, two people threw softballs at me at the same time (I caught one and turned to see a large, white object).  Interestingly enough, I had breathing issues before that, but that last time (with the little bone that comes down broken in three places) everything went back together correctly (even with my nose was straight and fairly thin again) and I could blow my nose for the first time in many years.

You got an invitation???
