Yorolpal,
After a VST rescan of existing plugins. Problem went away. Multi-channel works fine.

Edit: I am at 48kHz, 24bit

This seems to be the "workaround" for now...

I think I have been able to locate and fix this bug. Until it is released
the workaround I can think of is to never change the routing
so that a new output becomes used when using a sample rate
other than 44k1. So, when you change your routing you go:
-temporarily set sample rate to 44.1
-change routing
-bring sample rate back to whatever it was

Confirmed...

I use 96 K always...

I switch to 44.1....changed the routing...all good...

switched back to 96 K....all good...

I tried this....input 7....CRASH...

The way I mention earlier worked without fail...

I tried it in X2a at 44khz and it worked fine. Now I will try a re-scan in X3, although I thought X3 did that automatically.

Yeah, the toontrack link talked about sample rates other than 44.1.  I'd expect them to be right on this.  (see post 17)

BTW, here's a video I did showing inserting EZD2 into a session with multi outs.  Works fine and I use 44.1

Clint,
It depends on whether "Scan Existing Plugins" is checked in VST settings. Since EZD2 "seamlessly" replaced EZD 1 in existing projects and on the plugin menus, I assume they used the same GUID. Therefore, Sonar would not be aware the plugin is new.

My rescan didn't work. I got little further though. I had all outputs assigned clicked to demo a groove and...crash.

I got snake bit on my rescan. When it got to Ivory by Synthogy it hangs and says Ivory's still open...tho it's not. Worse the only way you can get out is to shut Sonar down so now I'm double screwed by two different plugs. I'm sure I'll get it all working in a day or two.

PS...I'm at 48k too.
