just thought i would explain my motives.......
  my email address was hacked.  and microsoft in their wisdom blocked it,
virtually cutting me off from the real world..woe is me...
i cant conntact any of my soft ware providers with out reg numbers,
which in turn,   are in my accounts,  that i cant access with my new email address..
i cant conntact support for the same reason....
i filled out the online retrieval form for microsoft..and furnished them with details contained
in recently sent emails...and folders i had created..in fact i jumped through every hoop
they placed...a response they sent ..said it would take them 24 hrs to review my case
within 15 mins  i received an  automated   unmonitored   final reply.. stating   my only
option was to open a new account with them.....  yer right ..as if iam likely to do that 
 power on gmail the world is your oyster...
