Loves me some Strat. Had one, got very banged up... I miss it.

My Strat is an 80's Japanese model that was gutted and outfitted with active pickups.

Never have owned a Fender Strat ('57 Duo Sonic and a '64 Jazz Bass).
I do however have a Grosh Retro Classic, ash body, an absolute "Cannon".
Notes literally "explode" out of her.
But at heart I am a Les Paul kinda guy.
Got a Santana I likes pretty well too.
But happy birthday, you need a "good" Strat to do what the good ones do!

I had a beautiful '74 Black strat ... the same model used by Richie Blackmore and Yngwey Malmsteen.
Also had a '65 Duo Sonic and '81 JazzMaster ... All beautiful instruments. Thanks Leo.
