A committee needs to be formed to determine
 
a) why there is no "." after S

What do penitentiary's have to do with SONAR or BECAN? 


For one thing, I don't think it's wise to install SONAR on a PC that self-destructs.  On the other hand, we could send said PC to the next spammer that visits the CH.
