try the tts synth in sonar. patch is 'warm pad'.

Well I finally got to give the TTS-1 a try.  Thanks timidi!  That was the least painful and quickest route for me and I'm happy with the result.  I ended up layering it with the bowed glass sound.  Took me longer to figure out how to layer a sound in TTS than to tweak the sound to my liking    !

the "trick" if you want, with the triton is not the sounds, rather the fx/filtering that went on to them.. in an attempt to make it hard to copy.. yes you could take th esounds, but without the additional processing it was rather a different story.
 
the multi sample is a route.. kontakt is like the akai 950 or 3000 of these days, like it or not
