I have a subscription to the magazine and I have that issue. Cakewalk removed the registration form. I sent them a support request a couple of days ago (3rd May) and they didn't reply. Even though i have a customer account, they made me fill out two pages of forms just to send them a message. I did see a link to an email contact, but the link was broken. The "Customer service" link on my accounts page is broken. Speaks volumes really :/
