I did them all myself following the guidelines in this tutorial:
 

 
My method is slightly different, as I only have Photoshop Elements and had to adapt the Photoshop workflow a bit.
 
Mind you, achieving this effect would be extremely difficult in the 'standard' version of PSE as it doesn't come with the essential Select>Colour Range command. However, I do have that feature as part of the wonderful Elements XXL2 plug-in I got recently (the same plug-in that has the 'focus stacking' feature I used in a previous thread).
 
I also want to see if I can adapt this cool Photoshop technique (by the same guy) for Elements:
