..that if a post gets flagged 3 times as spam, it disappears 'pending approval' and the OP gets a banned symbol.

but a PM to the mods would turn it around on the ARSE and he/she would be in violation of the TOS for multiple accounts and get ban-hammered.

Solution...when you sign up you have to check a box that says "by checking this box I am certifying that I am not an a-hole". Anyone found to have lied about that would be turned over to the Wookie. Such determinations would have to be unanimously made by a quorum of three precogs. The only weakness in my plan: the current shortage of known precogs.
