Wasn't sure where to ask this question.  Not Sonar/Cakewalk related but ......guitar technique/improv.
 
Anyone tried this book and CD set?  Saw an ad in Guitar Player.  Said it had been out of print for awhile and had some reviews but of course they were all glowing.  CAGED system and more.  Costs about $42 in US.  Has anyone tried it? If so, whats your opinion?
