A single user has posted over 250 spam messages today in the Cakewalk Instruments forum.  Moderator required urgently.
 
He still continues.  Right now is posting at the rate of one thread per minute.

It's absolutely ridiculous that there is no system in place to catch that kind of spam automatically and delete it. Come on Cake!

Ah, the instruments forum.  Didn't know there was one until now...  I thought this thread was referring to Bapu posting in the Song forum.

By the way, the thing to do (which I just did) is to select one of the spam posts and report it as abuse but, in this case, select "Urgent" from the drop-down list.  Let's see what happens.

I did that 9 hours ago but it has escalated since then.  There are probably thousands of spam threads there by now.

They should have the ability to simply delete the user and have all posts made by that user automatically removed.
 
If not, then they REALLY need better forum software!
