Try to remain calm when all the bills start showing up....I have insurance and cannot believe all the things that are not covered and bills that keep arriving months after you are out, and then there is the magical non-linear mathematics that goes into figuring out how much you owe, and finally, the best is when the hospital / doctor submits a bill wrong, the insurance doesn't pay, and then they come after you.
 
It is like they fix you up and then supply a stress test over the coming months to see how they did.
