A guy goes to a proctologist complaining about a pain in his posterior.  The doctor begins to examine him when he lets out an exclamation and pulls a long stem rose out of the guys backside.  "Who did this to you?" he asks the patient, "I don't know, " the guy replies, "is there a card too?"
