Actually bought 5 hours ago. Have not received any serial numbers yet. What's delaying them? Wasn't they just sitting there waiting for my order?  

Go to IK's site and check your multibox. It may be there already.

That's odd...most downloads from JRRShop are instant...

There are a few exceptions...

Did you mistakenly buy the boxed version?  That would explain the 
no serial number thing?

Also make sure to check that it didn't end up in the Junk Folder...

They usually send serial #'s right away...check the confirmation email also...

I'm pretty sure I got the software version, as the boxed can not be sent to Norway :)
 
The email from JRR says I have to go into IK and register, and also "This license needs to be manually generated. You will be contacted immediately when it becomes available."
 
In my "IK user area" I only have 3 products which came after I registered: 
- Sampletank Free
- Amplitude Custom Shop
- T-RackS Custom Shop
 
I suppose these are given out to anyone who register?

I just ordered the X3 upgrade from JRRShop.  My license also needed to be generated manually.  It took them a day or two to email me my license redemption code, which I then had to exchange on the Cakewalk web site for my serial number before I could actually register and download it.

Same here, I got my X3 studio from them.
Actually took a week, but that was because they had made an error (they only had a boxed version but the item said download item)
