Thks ol Pal for the feedback ... i think i gonna hold on on this one ..i even didn't installed the Filter (we got fo free as mercury users) simply because of cpu hits feedbacks !:

I downloaded the demo and tried it on a mix I am working on.  At first it was a bit too much for me but as I started experimenting with it and brought the doubling effect down a bit, it started sounding pretty good.  Good enough for me to bounce a doubled vocal track in case I don't buy it and wish I did.

I also put it on the lead guitar track and it made a nice chorusing effect that didn't sound like the typical stompbox chorus.  More like the lead guitar work on Missing Persons' first album.

I'm thinking about it but I really need to put the money elsewhere.

Testimonies like yours makes me want to try it, but I know my will to hold buying it will weaken.

I never tried the free one. I do have Waves doubler and to be honest, it confused me when I went to use it on a project and I never dug deeper into it. I may have overlooked a perfectly good solution, but I tried the demo of Microshift and was hooked. I heard it referenced in a mixing video on You Tube and I REALLY wish I still had that link. The engineer was talking about using that and bx_Saturator for metal guitars and I bought that too (and it is really awesome).

As for ADT, it's cool but not for every taste or genre.  I have used Doubler with good results to do the guitar doubling thing.  Never tried Microshift, but from this vid it seems like it may do an even better job.  Oh, and +1 for bx_saturator ... very useful plugin, not just for saturation.
