I know it's been nearly a year since Bub was banned from these forums - apparently for good. He landed on his feet at the S1 forums, and was an active poster there for most of 2013. On December 21st, his posts stopped...  In speaking with a few other people - email and PM communication stopped about the same time.
 
There is some concern on the S1 forums, and since he was an active member here for many years I thought I would check in here as well... Does anyone know Shane (bub)? Has anyone talked to him recently?

I know Steve (Strummer) has kept in contact with him, don't know if they've spoken recently though.

I heard from him around the same time that you say he stopped. Since I haven't been on the S-1 forums for awhile I hadn't realized he stopped posting over there. I have his contact info. I'll try and see whats up.
 
I hope all is well. You know zombies though, he could have over eaten over the holidays and kicked back for a winter hibernation.

I thought I saw a post of his upstairs fairly recently. 

I was in email contact with him a while ago but haven't heard from him in ages. Will look up his email address and send him a note later.

He emails me on occasion but I haven't heard from him in a month or so.

Yes - Steve and I communicated yesterday and he was going to email Bub to see if he gets a reply. He said the last he heard from him was about the same time.

Yeah, we've all seen his picture and you did say he stopped on December 21st which was the first day of winter so maybe he's just off hibernating until spring!  LOL.

I apparently lost his contact info so I hope one of you other guys can get hold of him.
 
FWIW I would hate to be the one to wake a hybernating zombie Please let me know how it all turns out .
