Here's something to celebrate all the good times we've had in the CH to go with Bapu's 61st!!

It's 209 years old and at the Costco in Marina Delrey......who's the closest to pick it up....Jan??? (hurry, before some Juan snags it!!)

The Johnnie Walker Blue Label 1805 Celebration Blend has been hand-crafted by Jim Beveridge from nine component whiskies aged between 45 and 70 years old, and has been bottled at its natural cask strength of 46.3%.

Still a blend....I would rather have 2000 bottles of macallan 18 year old.

On second thought, I wouldn't spend $20K on anything less that a liter.

Good thing that's going for less than $20,000 then, ya?

I don't think I can afford the sales tax on it.

I'm more curious as to how they actually decided on pricing this......

What makes me curious is that it's Costco.  I wonder what the price would be somewhere that wasn't known for discounts.
