The coverage of TJ Oshie has put Warroad MN on the map, a little town of under 2,000 population. Both my high school and college team used to play Warroad several times a year, when I lived in Grand Rapids, MN.

Heh, the majority of the relatives on my Mom's side live in Grand Rapids.  The last time I was there was in... the 60's!

I've got to get back, myself. I left after I graduated college at 28. My father passed away, shortly after I left and is buried in Grand Rapids. The rest of my immediate family moved shortly after that to St. Paul and Red Wing, MN. I just haven't been up there since. Great memories. Beautiful country.
