New from Hornet plugins.

It's not often something comes along that's truly different. It's a sort of build your own dynamics processor kit. Looks like it could be a lot of fun to play with, but definitely not everyone's cup o' tea. Reminds in some ways of Bluecat's Gain Suite - lots of really cool potential but hardly anyone has the patience.

It's a little over my head. I'm not sure what I would do with it. Maybe there will be a little video soon that will help the small brain people such as myself.

I can envision a few scenarios, but I won't know until I've download the demo. I'll probably do that sometime next week, just out of curiosity.
 

Hi, a little background, the idea came to one of my clients that after trying out AutoGain Pro asked for something more general, a VCA that he could drive with any signal and apply the resulting gain curve to a track.
 
This is the core of this new plugin, while making it i had the idea to add the building blocks of a compressor so that it could be more useful as a generic tool, in fact it allows you to combine the parts that makes a compressor in different ways, but it also can act as a gain shaping tool applying for instance a sine wave on the sidechain and disabilng the envelope you have an amplitude modulator that can be used in sound design.
 
You really have a lot of possibilities with this plugin, in the next days i'm going to record some videos to give some overview!
