ON my system, the Event Viewer was referencing Waves WLC application, which is a licensing application of theirs.
 
I ran WLC, logged in, and sent my Renaissance Bass license to My Sound Cloud, or whatever it was called.  I will see if that clears up the daily creation of these errors showing up in my Event Viewer.
