Though these are only 32bit and made with synthmaster/synthedit or such, they are remarkably good and familiar to many of us who did much synth programming with early analog synths...
They are all free and I can't tell much of what is said as the pages are not in English... But it was easy enough to figure out what things were and download them...
I grabbed:
1) 2 voice Oberheim SCM
2) ARP Odyssey
3) Minimoog
I can't say the actual sound of each is authentic, but the programming and editing are excellent... the Ob sounds very Ob in it's sound-types as do each of the others...
I just installed them and they appear to be working fine via Bitbridge so far....
