Bought an add pack for AD and got light versions of Peavey Revalver and Nectar Elements. Updated to Nectar2 for $129. All in it was less than the price for Nectar2 stand alone. Finally a bunch of stuff for my voice over work in one package. Yeah!

I've used Nectar a few times.

Good times.

Yup...you get the same deal if you just buy a midi pack from XLN too. That's just twenty semolians! So for $149.00 a feller could get a midi pack, Revalver HPse, Nectar Elements AND Nectar 2...too!!

I use Nectar elements in the VoiceOver suite at work and Nectar 2 (which is much improved) in my production room.

Good times indeed! ;-)

Just curious...

On the Peavey site (http://www.peavey.com/products/revalver/) I see the HP version (assuming it's a more feature-rich version than HPse) for only $13. Isn't that a better deal than paying $20 for a MIDI pak to get HPse for free...? Assuming, too, that Nectar Elements isn't all that important to anyone weighing this deal.

Now that I've watched the Nectar Elements videos, it does seem kind of cool.

So, if I just by the Blues midi pack for $19.99, I get Revalver HPse and Nectar Elements?  Am I reading this right?

That's how I read it.

I can't confirm that a midi pack will do the trick. I received an email from XLN that said if I buy an add-pack I would get the other items. I wanted the black magic kit anyway, so I bought it and then moved up the food chain to Nectar2 for $129. So $50 for the drum kit and $129 for NEctar2 with Nectar Elements and the Peavey amp sim for free.

My total expense is less that buying Nectar2 by itself.

If you have HPse you can get HP for $9.99....

My email said either an adpak or a midipak would do it.  I bought a midi pak and got the deal.
