Vastly approaching fail.
 
I purchase the MIDI bundle with 12 packages. Download them. 10 unzip just fine but two ask me a gazillion times about continuing without a bunch of file names. I say OK. The two zips only extract some .WAV examples.
 
NP. I contact them and have had three go around emails with even a new DL link. Still no good. This went on over the course of thre business days,
 
Funny enough, today I get a "Thank You" email with a 25% gift code on my next purchase. This came from the CEO. I tells him, thanks but until I get my first problem solved I'm not likely to make another purchase.
 
The reply to that email is yet another (automated) email with open case number.
 
Sheesh. These are MIDI loops, not huge libraries. How hard can it be to test the links they give me?

I noticed something strange with the Omar Hakim zip file too. I unzipped it on the desktop of my Vista ridden laptop to jam along with some of them in the living room. They unzipped fine and sound great, but browsing with Explorer, they  are all colored light grey. Some funky permissions are set and !@#$# Vista won't let me move the unzipped directory to my network drive. Tried several things to take ownership and change permissions but nothing worked.
 
EDIT: I don't think this will fix your problem, Bapu, but I finally solved the problem here. Right click on the extracted folder, click the [Advanced] button in the Attributes section, uncheck the "Encrypt contents to secure data", then apply to this folder and all subfolders. I can now access all the files like any other and move the directory to my network drive. Don't know if the other security settings I changed earlier in conjunction with this change were partially responsible for the fix.

They suggested I try extracting the file using 7zip.
 
That solved it. 
 
Why the commercial paid for version of WinZip would not work is beyond my pea brain to figure out.

I've used 7zip for years...highly recommended.

Not testing a ".zip" file open in WinZip is like not testing a web page in Internet Explorer.
 
IMO.

Now, if your instructions are to use 7zip or if you supply a .rar, that's a horse of another story.

Seems to me the problems would be eliminated if they just zip them with Windows' native zip utility. All the 3rd party utilities should be compatible with that.
