What's you concerns, and honest want to hear what your thoughts are on this. New ground for any forum so far, but IMHO a good direction in protecting our own.
 
We are strung out all over the planet and as disconnected as disconnect can be, but at the same time a family. Like your mom, dad, sister, brother, we got to take care of each other.
 
Nobody is going to die if they don't get a Fab Filter mega macho pak, but as I'd suggested, this is a leveling of the playing field. Collective recognition, support for constant and consistant warriors who have helped the masses of us out, when times are hard maybe in their personal financial lives.
 
Think we are breaking needed moral ground here. And no recipient should look at this as a handout or charity. This is deserved and overdue payback. Donors are due the honor of having helped,

This is not the first time this has happened especially down in (what some refer to as the bottom of the barrel) the Coffee House, nor will it be the last. We have collected monies for various cases over the years. Its just that many don't travel down there because (it seems to me) we are considered the red headed step child of the SONAR family.

John : For CCLarry , i proposed because of the actual deal wasn't to be missed !!! and those were really must have !! and then somebody pointed out Bit , so why stopping a good action if we can make both at one time .... and again those are guyz that asked for nothing and weren't at all down for it from start !!  so imho i don't see nothing dangerous here , it's not like all the guyz gonna create an account to the forum and expect free plugins !!! lol
 
It's a good occasion to show people that money has value only if it's shared ...the power to make a friend happy , this is my therapy , making people happy makes me happy !!! yep like music !!
 
So i take this occasion to say that we could organise time to time group buy , sometime when i ask brands to offer EDU prices for students , they offer price like "2 licences bought / 3rd one free" or volume discount ...Ect /....so i think it could be great for us ...(last exemple was with Project Sam OE for exemple) i'm sure they would accept volume reduction for non EDU people ..
 

We're nearing the 19th mark for Bit to own both Timeless 2 and Pro-MB. The total now is 16, 3 more to reach that.
