Do they all go to Church to give chips and dress up as Elvis impersonators?

I once went to Las Vegas.

I was kicked out of Caesar's Palace and told never to return.

I wasn't cheating in the casino though...

Oh no.

It was just a simple misunderstanding over what the craps table was for

Reminds me that when Steven Wright went to the rouleete table he got into an argument with the croupier over what he considered an odd number.

All the times I have been there, the casinos were never an issue, and the churches, were a joke, because they were plastic, and when you have been to the Sistine Grand Chapel of the Bapu, you will never again appreciate a plastic chapel!

But the sex was good, despite the chapels and the casinos.

I can't believe someone joked about the casinos, where I have had some of the best food EVER ... in my life. I still dream of a second visit to the buffett at the Mirage! Talk about food! You can't get anything half that good at Denny's or McDonald's or at any supermarket in Las Vegas!

I have also heard some fairly good bands in some of those casinos, though they are all doing top ten, but in general, they are tight and well put together, something that in Portland on the Red Lion circuit would make you cringe at the lousy quality. So, I always joked that if you wanted to be a better player, you need to go to Las Vegas or to a bigger city than the small town Portland.

Las Vegas is actually, one of the nicest and best places I have ever visited. And some of the nicest folks I have ever met. Haven't met Rain, but I hear he's OK too!

Have you ever heard the band ZuZo Blue Pedro?  They're a local trio of guys who can REALLY play (and have, with some pretty big names like David Lee Roth, Steve Perry, etc.).  Sometimes the guitarist's wife will sing and she's awesome - kind of a combination of Crissy Hindes and Anne Wilson (really).
