Gonna pass on the amp. Not bad, but lacking something that screams to buy it. Much of the sounds are represented elsewhere and the stomp boxes go too lite on different kinds of effects, and no stereo in the floor boxes. Not to say that it is not a good unit and the demo is available.
 
What is really nice if the free pitch shifter. This is one I'll be getting a lot of use out of.
 
There are weak points. Chording produces garble and debris if the wet tones are tuned anywhere beyond a few notes. Single notes okay and gets the generic effect. Also, chords cause the wet signal to lose the effect and there is a flickering between the actual note pitch and the shifted signal. Bad tracking.
 
This said, the latency is about as low as this kind of device can deliver with resampling. The unit really shines in small semitone intervals away from the fundamental with the wet/dry signal about 50/50. Choose the -1 resample increment and then play with the fine control turned to the right almost all the way up and in this area. Result is a beautiful detune effect. Almost a chorus without the modulation. Was running this after a comp and HeadCase, getting some sounds that were like the vintage "Bad Company" tracks.
 
The plug also comes with a very accurate guitar tuner. Very much worth the download. Thanks again for the heads up.

It actually sounds pretty good...good enough to compete with the big boys...
Not spectacular...but with some minor tweaks after a preset I got some
really usable tones...I didn't bother to see what the full version costs...
because I have enough amp sims for the moment...and GAS would probably set in...LOL

These guys are gonna have to realize (the big boys) that with all the competition out there,
they're gonna have to start lowering the prices...same goes of the DAW wars...and the VST
Plugin wars....

The WINNER isn't going to be the best product now...it's going to be the one that is the best,
with the most, for the LEAST ....that's why programs like Reaper and FL are getting such a foothold
in the "home studio" scene...they are affordable, and offer GREAT value for the money...

I agree Larry. Look at companies like Klanghelm or Valhalla for example. I've also been looking at Sonimus products. Granted I have spent a great deal on software over the last few years and don't really need anything at this point, but I like getting new toys from time to time and these guys (that I mentioned) make good quality products that don't piss off the wife. Bang for the buck...the economy sucks. Nice little rhyme huh?

Totally agree - as you may know, I have even set myself an arbitrary quarterly budget for software, so Bang for the Buck is really important.
I think it's important that plug in  and Sample Library manufacturers realize this - also in the case of Sample Library folk, I think some have realized selling cheaper makes them more money - look at Hollow Sun, Hideaway, Orange Tree Group buy - more people can afford to buy if the prices are kept lower - I think its just good business on their part.
I just can't see i'll ever buy again a sample library, no matter how good, that is priced in the hundreds of dollars

Thanks for sharing this, slapped it on my rhythm gtr bus, did as you said and got the sound that I've tried to get in the past but never could quite dial it in.
