Cheers. They did something similar for RP-Distort.

Yes!! ....and I still have that + RP-Delay.

Thanks Larry for posting this, will go over there tonight.

Here's the info on this RP-Amod:

"As you will probably know, a modulator is a term that is used in synthesizers. They are
various types of settings that can change and alter a sound. With RP-AMOD you can use
it's modulators to alter your audio in different ways.

We have added ‘Phaser’, ‘Flanger’, ‘Chorus’, ‘Ensemble’ and ‘Tremelo’, which are classic
audio modulation FX. What differs with RP-AMOD from these classic versions, is that you
can also ‘tempo sync’ them to your music, and you can use two FX at the same time in
various routing configurations. These routing options are not only in serial and parallel, but
you can also ‘filter split’ the audio signal ahead of going to both of the FX!
RP-AMOD can s p i c e up your vocal track, liven an instrument and even beef up your drums
or drum-loops."

Downloaded and put it thru the tests.

Quite nice. Like the ad says, phaser, flanger, tremolo etc. Two stages to mix any two options. Lots of control over the pan, wave shape and others. No a plugin that will change the world, but good to have.

Noted that it does depart from their other plugs license and requires a challenge response activation.

Just an FYI,  philosophical thing at the root of it.

The AMOD thing from Rob Papen is a good flanger, and respect Rob for offering the plug free for existing customers.

They launched their new and improved constipated challenge response system to keep us bastards from reverting to our low life thieving piracy instincts. The new procedure is a circus wreck. I got to protect them from me more than they got to protect me from them.

Activated on my PC okay, but then requested the second activation for a laptop, the thing is forked up. Spent more time than this generic plug is worth trying to get through the gates. Fort Knox telling me that I'm trying to do something illegal.

Forget it. Can't do nothing that any freeware plug can do even if there are some nice features.

Sorry to see that they have sunk to the dark side...

Sorry to hear that John,

Maybe an email might find a way to "open the gates at Fort Knox"...LOL

Yes, did send in a support ticket that the folks acted on quickly. They had to erase my activations so I could start over. Don't know what the problem was, but it is resolved (minus my stubborn issue with the activation process itself). Working on a PC and laptop and a good unit.
