Greetings ALL, I'm doing a track that has the same kick, snare, hi-hat and a couple other eliments as another song which is already mixed eq'd etc. Is there a way to import the setting for each of those tracks into this one instead of going back looking at it all and writing it down??

Yes, save the tracks into a Track Template. Select the tracks, right-click one of the selected tracks and choose Save as Track Template.

Then in the new project, choose Insert > Track Template from SONAR's main menu.
