Sorry I know it's probably the wrong place but many here used Groove3.com tutorials.
 
I have an iPad (and iPhone) and have the subscription to Groove3.com
 
when I use the PC computer I have no trouble with videos on Groove3.com
 
when I use the ipad Groove3 App or the iphone Groov3 app I can see the video of the tutorials but I get no sound.
 
anybody have this experience?  know a solution?
 
I have sent a support ticket to Groove3 but haven't heard anything back.
 
I really want to use my iPad and my HDMI adapter to watch the Groove3 tutorials on my 55" TV - but all I'm getting right now is video and no audio.
 
I don't have an android device to test the android app.

Looking on google it has a line about only being heard through headphones. I can't see the actual context that line comes from so I can't help more than that.

Yeah that's what I'm running into - sound only with headphones.
 
I'll have to see if my TV has a line in and do audio fix that way.  arggg what a pain.

Edit. I believe it can load without the app and you need to tap the blank/logo screen after you've picked which part to watch and it appears.

I could not load the tutorial vids using safari on iPad or iPhone.  every time it said get the app.
 
I got a stereo cable and hooked that up to headphone plug and TV audio IN.  works, not great but I can watch the vids from my iPad on 55" TV and hear audio now.

How about selling the ipad and buying a cheap Laptop!

It does work without the app. They use quick time.

Login. Go to your product. Press watch online. It will appear top left as an image and menu. 'Get the app' box will appear so just press x. Click on the part you want to watch from the video and the groove3 logo should be visible. Click on that once or twice and the video appears.

Any time 'get the app' box appears just get rid. It can appear if you go off and come back to a video. Remember when you've pressed the part of the video you want to watch that you need to press the screen and it appears.

On the far left it has all videos and a list of your own. You can load any part of those videos within a few seconds.
