I don't record without Valhalla Room.
I never bothered buying Vintage but I am sure it is great as well. There are so many great presets and custom reverb sounds that come with it. I even downloaded a bunch that were posted in user forums. Inexpensive, easy to use, small CPU footprint, great sound and easy to program.
I probably use the gated reverbs to most. In digital recording they don't sound gated. They just sound great.
Greated Reverb?

I will gladly go to my room now because I have installed VRoom and it sounds awesome!
I used the "jazz room" sound on a rough live jazz mix and it really sounds great.  I am very pleased with the sound and the low CPU hit.

A happy room camper.

I have Room and Vintage. Room is great, but Vintage is more fun!
