No, your wrong, you are the very reason people don't post here anymore.
You seem to know an awful lot about me, and the Songs forum seeing as you just joined today mush.
But we know that's not the case, don't we Bobby?
It's because when someone pours their heart out trying to learn jerks like you and a few others pop in and start talking trash trying to make others feel as though they shouldn't even try.
Right then, this is where
you're talking trash
Both you and James (Radio) have been given an abundance of high quality advice and help from some of the finest performers and studio wizards in this whole forum. Their comments have, above all, always been honest and as far as I can recall, accurate.
What distinguishes you and Radio from every other person who posts songs in here is that for some reason you believe your music to be much, much better than it really is. You take every offer of advice as criticism instead of welcoming it with open arms and
improving your individual techniques.
When I posted VeRy MeTaL's cover of The Clash's
White Riot we received some nice comments but one guy simply said "I thought the Clash had a drummer". What he meant was that my audio-loop drum track was rubbish - and he was right. So what did I do - throw a sulky fit and tell him he was bullying me and report him to the Mods? No, I went back and bought
EZ Drummer and (with the help of the good folk in these forums) I learned how to use it properly. When I posted our next cover the drums were much better and I felt great - I'd learned something and improved myself.
Are you starting to see the difference here? Ringing any bells?
Where's your last song post review anyway? Your just plain wrong trying to make someone feel bad for trying I don't care how you or anyone else sugar coats it.
You just don't get it do? Or are you deliberately trying to wind me up? Read this carefully:
- If you don't want people to comment on your songs - don't post them in the Songs forum.
- If someone is rude in passing any comments, then report them.
- If someone gives you some helpful advice thank them, whether you use their advice or not.
There, a simple guide to a friendly and helpful Song forum.
Have a nice day Troll................
This is a shot in the dark, but I'm guessing you're aware of the phrase "
Pot calling the kettle black"? If not, google it.
