Wish me luck!! I'm going to try for dismissal at about 1pm EST.  It should be dismissed.  As far as I'm concerned the state has no case!! No case whatsoever!

Set for trial on Feb 6th...  As it happens, I have something really important to do that day..  So sometime in early January I'm going to have to see if I can postpone this trial to a date that is less of a hardship for me.

Oooh, I have a master plan..  I'm going for a March 17 Court date.  I'll keep ya'll informed..  I need to get down to the courthouse 1st thing monday morning... as tues is new yrs eve, and wednes is nw yrs dy...
 
But March 17!!  That is the day I want to go to court!  I hope its possible...
