I have actually concocted this particular delicacy once or twice
Mind you mate, recent culinary experiments of mine have led to the discovery of an exciting new sandwich filling...
I wonder if M&S would be interested in buying up the recipe for Viceroy Straummy's
curried egg & stuffing speciality
Recipe:
- Boiled eggs
- Salad cream
- Small green chilies (one per egg)
- Mr Patak's Vindaloo curry paste (to taste)
- Paprika (approx ¼ teaspoon per egg)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Leftover sage & onion stuffing
Method:
- Roughly mash/slice eggs, chilli's and stuffing in a bowl
- Add seasonings and mix
- Add just enough Heinz salad cream to render the mixture spreadable
- Refrigerate overnight to allow flavours to infuse
After consumption, stay away from naked flames for approximately 48 hours.
