I do like the original Autogain (once I figured out how to set it up). This new one looks to have an internal level source of some kind. I wish I would have waited for this new one. I don't know what to think of this Variety of sound thing. I have read his blog about the benefits of HD photography, but I'm not sure about this one. His stuff is usually pretty good.

Based on past history I expect the Hornet upgrade will be in the price range of a Big Mac and fries.

Looks nice. I wonder what te VOS plug in is. If the new autogain is priced anywhere close to the old one I'm picking it up. Hornet plug ins are some of the best values in the VST world.
