Brownies without Becan (that's another recipe)

Have brownies as you work on projects in Sonar! That way you don't have to stop playing or interrupt anything. Easy to make too!

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
I suggest adding 1/2 cup milk chocolate bits, chopped walnuts ,peacans, or peanuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together the oil, sugar, and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; gradually stir into the egg mixture until well blended. Stir in walnuts, if desired. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan. Let cool on a wire rack before cutting into squares.

Merry Christmas !!!

That's right! I almost forgot. ON BREAK I add a nice thick layer of fudge frosting over the top and put on some vanilla ice cream.

P.S. I know I know ... the brownies I Am looking for are in Colorado and or Washington state but that's another recipe

Yeah I recognize the uniforms. I wouldn't buy cookies from them last year so they beat the crap out of me. One of them was my Niece.
