Something weird is going on there. I just posted on the Don't Crack forum and will keep watching for a reply.

Yeah.  I saw your post over there, and I posted right after you asking about the Complete bundle.

Hopefully we will get a mod to reply soon! I really want that XT-BC Bass Character plug-in at a price like Bapu suggested.

I posted on their forum, but their mods have not replied.  Others here have also posted there, but no replies from the powers that be (or know).  I do hope that Harrison support is better at answering emails from customers than the GB is at answering pre-sale questions.   The 13th is a few days away; perhaps all will be explained or revealed with the arrival of the vouchers --questions like are the XTmodules available or not in this GB???

I do find it strange that a mod has not replied to any of the posts for several days. Oh well, I guess we will see if the 13th reveals anything new.

It will be a sad day if they will turn away a few customers who refuse to buy the XTC-BC plug at full price by NOT allowing it to be purchased with the voucher.

Just curious for that that did sign up, when you do are you signing up for a specific product or just in general?

Below is what I read on the group buy page:

I've never received an answer from Don't Crack about purchasing the XT-BC plug by itself so I have not signed up.

On the Don't Crack forums a mod said they were working with Harrison on selling the individual plugs but they have not yet replied, So who knows what the deal is.

My personal opinion is that Harrison is holding that specific plug off the sale list as long as possible. Every other plug they offer has been on sale at one point or another. It is kinda interesting that you could get the XT-BC plug FREE if you take the Harrison Subscription deal vs. Purchasing mixbus. It definitely raises some questions about Harrison financial motivations but a Subscription is going to make them mo money then selling the product outright for cheap!

Probably no XTC-BC @ 75% discount then.

Oh well, maybe next year. In the meantime I believe that I can accomplish pretty much the same thing with UADs Helios 69 (or really any other EQ for that matter). I just wanted to be fully compliant but not for > $100.

Let me ask you guys who have Mixbus a question:  Is there any reason to get the "Plug in Essentials" which only has a reverb and a delay?  Do you guys use this Essential add-on or just use your other vst reverbs and delays ?

I have numerous great vst reverbs and delays and am uncertain what the advantage would be of having their "essentials".  I can certainly see the advantage of getting their Complete Bundle as it has Harrison XT Tooks with the multiband compressor and their patented EQs as they have that "Harrison" curve/design.     As I have said above,  I am uncertain if the complete bundle will be available or not.  I really just plan on using Mixbus as a final Mastering platform to load Ozone and TRacks on the 2/Master bus but also to get and have those Harrison EQ Tape, Compressors and their soft limiting/compression for the aux buses.

So for $39 Mixbus might be all I need, but wonder if their "Plugin Essentials" add-on is really being used by you veterans.
