Has anyone received their Komplete 9 package yet?

I upgraded to 9 ultimate and got my order confirmation 12 days ago...still no sign of the drive in the mail. Just wondering if anyone else has received theirs, or if I should contact them.

When I ordered my upgrade they were saying they were backordered like 6-8 weeks. So I'm expecting to wait a couple months.

Rats, I might as well hand code the VST's myself in binary. I have zero patience when it comes to the receipt of new toys!

I got mine in only a few days...

Pretty awesome I might add...however, I've been trying to clear my serial #'s
for duplicate products so I can sell them, and NI Support sucks the big one...

I've been waiting 4 days (after 4 emails) and no reply....

Took 10 days to get a reply - twice in the past. Some get it fairly quick. They have no system in place I was reliably informed. It's all a bit - when someone is available.
