Why do I get" can't read/write data" message when opening VS 20 Editor?

Could be trying to load a VST that is not compatitble or needs an iLok or something.

I'm not real sure where to go with this problem it's happened once before and I reloaded the software and it worked but it was a lot of trouble I don't know why it happened again
I'm running windows 7 64bit on a toshiba satellite Quad core A6 AMD processor with 8 gigs ram
Sonar X1 producer, guitar tracks Pro 4, VS Studio 20, also have guitar rig 5, and Reason 6
But I'm only trying to run VS 20 Studio with the Cakewalk programs and the editor won't load properly?
 

did a search on the problem and found the solution
