Is there such a beast?

Not that I know of. It's a speciality cable. You'd have to ask Cakewalk/Roland if there's a general plug configuration and wiring setup that a general computer cable  would substitute for. You could set the Console up for seperate operation via USB and get a longer USB cable. I'm not sure what you're trying to do. Why would you want the two units farther apart than the cable will allow?

I need about 3 extra feet so I can move the 700R to my floor rack. I want to add a sub snake to the rear and use it for distant inputs gtr cabs,  drums, vocal booth. Yada yada...  I guess I will find a work around. Someting else will have to give.

Make yourself a patchbay with 8 to16 Nuetrik combo jacks in it. Put whatever type of plugs, XLR or TRS on the the V700R side and hardwire the Nuetriks. Put the patchbay where you wanted to put the V700R.

I made one for my setup. Works great, gives you a common plug in point.
