mumpcake
I noticed that this was a common refrain in the "What are you opening your wallet for" thread, so what do you want to learn to use better?
My first priority, Jamstix. Mostly because I have had this for a long time and I just don't feel I am getting the most out of it.
Second, EZ keys, which I am new to. It's kind of cool because you could do things like map the pattern played in Carol King's "I Feel The Earth Move" to a completely different chord progression and drag that into your track.
Alchemy is high on the list too.
Jamstix here too. I have it since nearly the beginning and I've yet to really become a novice in it. ohgrant swears by it (I hope not at it).
I've done 3 songs in EZKeys so far and since I'm satisfied with the results I can move on to suck libraries as:
Session Horns
Action Strings
East West (Symphonic Orchestra Gold, Symphonic Choirs, Voices Of Passion, Gypsy, Ra, Goliath, Ministry Of Rock & Fab Four)
Then on to:
Kirk Hunter Strings
All my Orange Tree Samples
