Does "B3" stand for three types of becan?

Hickory Smoked Becan - A dry cured slice of porky heaven which can trace its roots back as far as the Roman empire
Thick Cut Maple Becan - Similar to the above, but flavo(u)red with the sweetness of maple syrup
Raw Fried Becan - An obscure reference to an obscure post in an obscure fred by an obscure person deep in the bowels of the Coffee House, which is an obscure congealed mass in an obscure corner of the Internet

I just got off the phone after talking to my local butcher, I asked for the Raw Fried Bacon - -  he said exactly what you said but kept swearing and babbling on and on about being obscure.... I said, WHOA, Okay, OKAY, I'll just order the Hickory Smoked Becan {Sheeeeze}
