Yes, it is 32 bit. I have to say, I have used this as my goto bass amp sim. It is a little monster. I tried the demo and was so impressed I bought the full version. I can not recommend it enough. If you're a stickler for 64 bit plugs it won't fill the bill but I have used this thing starting in 8.5 right up to X3. It is rock solid and never caused a problem.
