Counting Coup
I moved from V1 to V2 this morning and appreciate the improvements and monitor choices. But a thought occurred to me. I've been taking samples at my listening position with myself "absent" from the equation. I would have thought that my 89 kgs would have a at least a partial impact on the room acoustics. Although tricky to do, should not a human be at the listening position during sampling? Cheers David

I've thunk the same thing. (and, so I don't have to run out of the room).

rk While using ARC 2 today I clicked the info button for grins. I was surprised to see it said:
VERSION 2.0 32-bit.

I am sure that I am running the 64 bit dll. I don't see the bit-bridge icon anywhere so I am wondering WHY the info page says 32-bit?

Anyone else noticed this? Any thoughts?

Kind regards,
Rick

I'm thinking it's just something they may have forgotten to label correctly. If you check out your x64 plug manager and click on ARC 2, you'll see it comes up as a x64 bit dll. I saw this too and checked it out. I don't know for sure though....but I'd say they just forgot to label it. Obi will let us know...he's cool like that. :)

Hey Danny,

Thanks for confirming that you see the same thing. Yeah, I think you're right that it was just labeled wrong.

When Obi shows up he'll let us know for sure. It's not causing any problems here but I just get anal about little things like this... :)

Thanks again,
Rick

Thanks Obi and Danny.  Should have read the manual as I thought the EQ points were fixed!

Word from support on the weekend, woo! Everything is still 64 bit, just mislabeled. Something that will be fixed in the future. Otherwise no worries using it in your 64 bit DAWs.

Amplitube 3 Free also says 32bit. I was told it was a typo.
