I got my license and voucher # from Sweetwater. I went to PluginAlliance.com, created an account, put the Maag EQ4 in my shopping cart, entered the voucher #, brought amount due to $0.00. Great! Hit the checkout button, and it asks for me to login to complete, so I put in my username and password, hit continue, and it says "login failed". Tried many times with the same result. Created a different account, no change. Anyone have any similar problem? I'm using my phone, because I don't have internet at my house. Do you think that might be an issue? I was hoping to download the file onto my phone and then transfer to my DAW. Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated!

It may be due to the fact that the phone uses either Android or iOS...

But that shouldn't prevent you from at least completing the order.
I'd give PA a jingle or email and see what's up!

Sometimes it's also just when you happen to be trying to log in.  Just keep trying.

You may want to send an email to PluginAlliance.com, with your information, just to verify that the plug got registered to you and let them know you can't log-in to your account to download it. I'm sure they will get things sorted for you.

If you have somewhere that you can download it to a flash drive
you should be ok...

Hey thanks for the help guys. It was my android causing the issue. I was able to checkout and download the files just fine on a friend's computer. Can't wait to try it!
