I'm guessing that the software disables links for everyone if the OP doesn't have enough posts, perhaps to prevent others from linking for him. The link button is only disabled in this thread.
 
Anyhow, I got around to listening to the pads (great music in that first video, btw!). Those are pretty generic pads that could be created with any capable synthesizer. If I had to duplicate them with the tools I have at hand, I'd personally reach for Zebra.
 
Yes, there are gobs of pad libraries for Kontakt (including dozens for free or cheap if you have full Kontakt; google "Kontakt pads") but that's not where I'd turn first. By the time I find just the right patch among all my multi-gigabytes of samples, I could have just programmed it from scratch in Zebra.

Dave is a much better judge of synth sounds than me, but those sounds, sound to me much like some of the presets for my powercore Access Virus synth. The opening sound in the first clip sounds like the default Virus preset "overture". 
 I'm pretty sure there is a native version of Access Virus for Kontakt
 
 I have a feeling a really good synth guru like Dave can coax those sounds out of any high quality synth.  I'm glad to have the presets.
